AUSactive Quality Business Accreditation program is the first continuous quality improvement program designed for fitness and health facilities within Australia. The program recognises excellence in business practice. Accredited businesses have been independently audited against National Health & Fitness Quality Framework. The industry-endorsed framework is designed to measure how effective a businesses operational systems, processes and policies are to ensure they’re providing safe and quality customer service, at all times. The National Health & Fitness Quality Framework includes six key pillars: • Leadership • People • Information & Knowledge • Professionalism • Safety • Customer Care Accredited Businesses achieving this award of excellence are required to commit to evolving industry standards and continuous improvement. Maintain Accreditation requires businesses to be assessed every three years.
